A friend of mine turned me on the very cool gallery called Liquid Sculpture. The artist, Martin Waugh, uses flash photography to stop a liquid's motion in time. The result is a very beautiful and interesting collection of photographs.

Looking at these pictures of this doll remind me that I need to get out more to shoot. Do you have some odd places you like to go to shoot pictures?

Leica introduced their M8 model. It's a 10 Megapixal range finder. I like the clean design and ruggedness of this kit. I'm not sure it has enough buttons for me though. Maybe someone who knows Leica can make an argument for thme in the comment section.
Also, check out this video of a leica rep giving a tour of the M8. I find his accent entertaining to listen to.

I could spend several hours browsing deviantart.com. The treasure to trash ratio seems to be better on that site than the internet at large. And the site is very easy to navigate. check it out and see if you don't agree.
